About Me

Rhiana has over 15 years experience as a Transaction Coordinator. As a Transaction Coordinator or T.C., she assist each of the agents in handling all of the administrative duties required during each stage of a transaction from contract signing to closing. Being licensed in Real Estate and as a Notary Public, she is well rounded and knowledgeable in our industry. It also allows us to offer added services to our clients, whereas others would need to seek out such services elsewhere.

The most important part of her job is to be clear, concise and have frequent communication every step of the way in a home purchase or sale. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, and communicating regularly with the Client is essential in reassuring them during the transaction.

In addition, she is a mom to two wonderful kids and also a mom to two great cats. When I am not working, I enjoy travel, hiking, watching sports, and spending time with my family.
